We will provide cost matching for any price that you find for products that are identical to the items we sell.
These prices will need to be legitimate and varifiable. This pricing does not include online auctions, salvage stores, or websites that
offer closeout pricing.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise,
in "new" condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Products fabricated to accommodate the dimensions you provide or "Custom Orders" are excluded.
Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility.
Please use a carrier that offers tracking capability, such as UPS.
To return merchandise:
1) Complete an authorized Merchandise Return Form, available upon request (Email) and include appropriate reason, quantity returned,
catalog number and item.
2) Affix a return label to the box.
3) Enclose all merchandise to be returned along with the completed Merchandise Return Form.
4) Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted) to the following address:

5) Please use a carrier that offers "tracking" capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.
6) Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive
the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
7) Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the
amount of the return.
Please refer to the Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment. If you have misplaced your return form,
please provide us with your name, address, daytime phone number and if possible, the name of the person who was billed
for the merchandise in an email or on a piece of paper and enclose this with your return.
Shipping and Handling
Orders sent to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States, will be shipped via UPS ground service or USPS and will
be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. All UPS shipping options will be available as you complete your order process.
All orders shipped to a PO Box can be shipped via US Postal Service. You will need to contact our sales staff for these USPS rates.
